Jennifer Garner, Ben Affleck Say They’re Splitting
Mr Affleck, 42 and Jennifer, 43, started dating shortly after meeting on the set of Daredevil in 2003. Supposedly Affleck and Garner are working to divide up their assets and are expected to formulate a joint custody agreement for their three children. It was announced a day after their tenth wedding anniversary. On the same date, past year the couple was busy celebrating a mushy wedding anniversary celebration.
Are you surprised by Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck’s impending divorce? The couple enjoyed a romantic low-key dinner and relaxed at Bistro 82.
The couple has been the subject of much speculation in recent years. And with no pre-nup ever signed, they’ll have to split their assets, which includes the pair’s LA ranch and apartment in Manhattan, as well as a ski chalet in Montana and an 83-acre estate on Hampton Island. “It is important for them to keep this nice and efficient for the sake of their family”.
The split is “not contentious” as they will be co-parenting, a source said, adding that the “Gone Girl” star will be living on their property in a different building.
The couple have three children together.
“After much thought and careful consideration, we have made the hard decision to divorce”, the couple said in a statement issued by their publicists.
An insider says that Garner is looking at their divorce as a time to revive her career and step out of her husband’s shadow.
TMZ reports that the 2 have no prenup, which is unusual for celebrity couples, especially of their caliber.

“You just go on a ride together because you don’t know who you’re going to be when you first have a baby and you don’t know who [your partner] is going to be”. While accepting his best picture Oscar for “Argo” in 2013, Affleck alluded to tension. “We work on it together, we try our best, and nobody’s ideal”.
Last year, Affleck praised Garner during a November gala for choosing “not so time-consuming” projects and still spend time with their kids.
