Despite her hectic schedule, Lawrence made time to chat with the kids, pose for photos, and sign autographs, making the day extra special for the hospital that treats children with chronic illnesses.
Jennifer Lawrence brightened children’s days when she took time out from filming X-Men: Apocalypse to visit a hospital this weekend.
Lawrence is now working on the upcoming film X-Men: Apocalypse, reprising her role as the sultry shape-shifter Mystique.
Pictures posted to the hospital’s Facebook page show the blonde beauty cuddling with some of the youngsters.
They’re the newest superstar BFFs on the block – and Jennifer Lawrence and Amy Schumer proved they’re already the coolest. During the surprise drop-by, the 24-year-old star hung out with the young patients and staff members at Shriners Hospital, and it was basically a moment of adorableness overload.
The non-profit added, “You never know who might visit @ShrinersCanada”.
The actress is also a regular at the Kosair Children’s Hospital in her hometown of Louisville, Kentucky.
“Thank you for visiting the kids yesterday”.
