Jennifer to rub shoulders with Harrison Ford at Star Wars movie premiere

May your ban/block hammer be swift and your mute finger be mighty, because Star Wars: The Force Awakens reviews, and the spoilers that come with them, are incoming.

Our own Peter Sciretta will be attending the premiere of Star Wars: The Force Awakens in Los Angeles on Monday, December 14th.

One fan, Lavonne Dominguez, wasn’t concerned with merely shopping for a ticket on-line to see the film in her native movie show.

“I love Harrison Ford – and not just because he rents my properties”, the Republican presidential hopeful said.

“Daisy Ridley, who plays Rey, said, “[She] is just a young woman and she’s just a scavenger just kind of living a mundane life, she works to eat and she works to eat and that’s really all there is.

The new instalment in the “Star Wars” movie saga opens in theatres this month against a formidable force: the galactic hopes of devoted fans who have waited a decade to revisit their beloved universe of Jedi, droids and lightsabers.

Whether or not you actually dislike the Star Wars prequels, there is a general consensus that the three films created between 1999 and 2005 failed to become a part of the cinematic cultural landscape the way the original trilogy did.

Disney is guarding details about the plot of “Force Awakens“. “There’s no emotional support around her. There’s no-one broadening her horizons and then she meets Finn and they go on this incredible adventure”. The victor will receive a seven-year movie pass and “Star Wars” swag.

“This theater has a lot of history with ‘Star Wars, ‘” he said.
