Jermaine Jackson’s Wife Arrested for Domestic Violence

Los Angeles:Singer-composer Jermaine Jackson’s wife Halima Rashid has been arrested on a domestic violence charge.

Law enforcement sources told TMZ that Rashid was booked for felony corporal injury on a spouse.

Details are scarce, but insiders say Jermaine called the cops after Rashid bit his leg hard enough to draw blood. She was released on $50,000 bail five hours later.

Rashid is known to television audiences after appearing on the reality series “The Jacksons: A Family Dynasty” and “Celebrity Wife Swap”.

Jermaine and Halima married 8 months after meeting at a Starbucks in January 2004 – it is the former Jackson 5 singer’s third marriage.

Although they live just outside of LA, Jackson and Rashid make frequent trips to the Middle East and Europe.

He also Wednesday Motown founder Berry Gordy’s daughter, Hazel Gordy, who he shares 4 children with.
