Jimmy Fallon and Jason Sudeikis Get Their ‘Drinko’ On
Jason Sudeikis visited the “Tonight Show” Thursday and gave college kids across the nation a fantastic (and slightly disgusting) idea. Emmy Award- and Grammy Award-winning comedian Jimmy Fallon brings a high-tempo energy to the storied NBC franchise with his welcoming interview style, love of audience participation, spot-on impersonations and innovative sketches.
Critically praised Grammy winners The Roots serves as “The Tonight Show” house band.
As Fallon says, “It’s the chunks that getcha”, after he almost barfs drinking the Capri Sun and bubble tea. As the show host struggled to get the tapioca balls down his throat, Sudeikis, 39, suggested, “If you puke, we’ll put it right back in the game!”
Jason didn’t fare much better on his turn, getting the bubble tea again… mixed with wine! Whichever cups Fallon’s chips fall into decide what Sudeikis drinks (so, for example, Capri Sun and tequila), while Sudeikis’ chips provide Fallon’s combination.
Jimmy lost the final round and had to drink a beer and peppermint schnapps cocktail.
“It’s a trip to Germany”, quips Steve Higgins, to which Sudeikis says, “I think I’ve done this before”. But since it’s more fun to watch somebody toss back a revolting beverage, Sudeikis ends the segment with tequila and a pickle juice chaser.
