Joe Biden to appear on ‘Late Show with Stephen Colbert’

In the video, you’ll see Colbert take off on a fake drive, as he changes “the settings to a voice he can trust…Stephen Colbert“, and hear some samples from his audio: “Uh, traffic, my least favorite kind of jam”.

“Smart move by Jeb to associate his campaign with the winning tradition of the New York Jets”, Colbert snarked in a video sent around to the media.

For 10 seasons of his Comedy Central program, “The Colbert Report”, Mr. Colbert adopted the persona of a vain, flag-waving blowhard as a stealth device for delivering loaded commentary about politics and consumer culture.

“We are better people for having known you”. Lazar also mentioned that a wide variety of famous figures will appear on the show in the coming month and—if all goes well for Colbert—the coming years.

Here’s the problem: Jeb never actually cleared any of this with Colbert, which is mostly just awkward since it’s his show.

“I wanted to be able to end the last show, and do a show where I was just being myself”. The addition of Colbert’s voice coincides with Colbert taking over hosting duties from David Letterman on CBS’ “The Late Show” beginning September 8. I wasn’t sure that I could get all four of those rotations on the ball.

He’s a good friend who offered kind words to Jon Stewart on his “Daily Show” sendoff.

Seems like Colbert and Bush will have lots to talk about on the show, which premieres Tuesday. But in a statement Wednesday, Sony Pictures called the Times story “misleading” and noted it was written without the benefit of seeing the film. I think it’s important that you do an honest show.

“I liked those interviews, they were very enjoyable, ” he reports. “I can’t wait for him to be the only guy you see”. But as host of the “Late Show”, Colbert said he is finally getting a chance to be himself.
