Johnny Depp’s wife files for divorce in Los Angeles

Johnny Depp may soon go back to being a lone ranger. Rough Cut (no reporter narration).

After months of secretly dating, the pair finally confirmed their relationship when the actress accompanied Depp and his children – Lily-Rose, 16, and Jack, 14 – on the worldwide press tour for The Lone Ranger in July 2013.

Amber Heard has filed for divorce from Johnny Depp after just 15 months of marriage. They were married in February, 2015.

Heard is reportedly seeking spousal support in the divorce. Depp and Paradis are the parents of two teenage children, a boy and a girl.

Johnny and Amber got close after meeting in 2012 while working on “The Rum Diary” and they tied the knot in front of just 24 people in the Bahamas previous year. No word yet on who’ll get custody of the famous pooches. “He just might explode”, he said. “No, I would never ever revel in something like that”.

Heard and Depp show a united front on a red carpet in January. “I’m a lucky man”. They’re both supportive of one another and push each other to be better people.

Depp is now promoting “Alice Through The Looking Glass”, which opens Friday. It’s unclear at this stage whether this news will affect his promotional commitments for the film.

And publicly, Johnny Depp and Amber Heard gave no indication that their marriage was in trouble.

Depp gained fame in the late 1980s after appearing in the popular TV series “21 Jump Street” and later starred in “Edward Scissorhands” and “Alice in Wonderland”.
