Johnny Depp to perform concerts with Alice Cooper, Joe Perry
We’ve already assured you that the supergroup of Alice Cooper, Johnny Depp, and Joe Perry, aka the Hollywood Vampires are no joke, and now we’re starting to see some solid proof.
Next up, the band has announced one other live date – a September 24 performance at Brazil’s Rock in Rio festival.
As Cooper explains, the Hollywood Vampires was formed to pay tribute to the late rock stars who were members of an informal drinking club of the same name with Cooper during the 1970s, who used gather to drink at the Sunset Strip club the Rainbow Bar & Grill in the early “70s”.
Tickets for the Roxy shows, which take place September 16 and 17, go on sale August 14. The Vampires live again with the release of their new album.
This is definitely not just the three guys fooling around jamming together – they’ve officially announced live show dates. Some of those receiving hearing aids will then get to join Johnny Depp and the Hollywood Vampires at the concert where they will hear music for the first time.

The new album is set to be released on SEPTEMBER 11th through UNIVERSAL MUSIC ENTERPRISES and all artist proceeds will be donated to MUSICARES. Several of the people fitted with the devices will be invited to attend the Hollywood Vampires’ Rock in Rio gig. In addition to giving the gift of hearing through worldwide hearing missions, Starkey Hearing Foundation promotes hearing health awareness and education through the Listen Carefully campaign and provides hearing instruments to low-income Americans through the Hear Now program.
