Jose Canseco will support Caitlyn Jenner by living as a woman
Though one can not be sure if Canseco was telling the truth, he was very candid about his initial reaction to Jenner’s transformation, reports The New York Daily News.
The former Major League Baseball player never passes on an opportunity to promote himself, though, so rather than simply sending out a tweet to show support for Jenner, Canseco decided that he’s going to launch an Internet reality show called Spend a Day With Jose, which will feature him going about his business…dressed as a woman. “Once I watched it more and more, and realized what it really entailed what [Bruce Jenner] was going through, I started supporting him”.
When Jenner revealed she was transgendered earlier this year, Canseco admitted he wasn’t initially comfortable with the idea. She also recently received the Arthur Ashe Courage Award at the ESPYs.
The former Yankee was tight-lipped about what he hopes his decision to don lipstick and leggings will accomplish. Living as a woman on his new TV show seems like the natural progression here.
When asked if he would be taking this seriously he replied, “Yes”.
As for his own personal trial journey, “The only thing I can do is confirm it”, he continued to say. “I’m talking about full everything”. In his prime, he and Oakland A’s teammate Mark McGwire were known as The Bash Brothers.
