Judge finds Meek Mill guilty of probation violation
Meek Mill took an “L” in court on Thursday (Dec. 17), when he was found guilty of probation violations, and is now facing jail time.
Meek Mill will have a possible prison sentence looming over his head this holiday season.
“He doesn’t have a lot of structure”. “The DAs and JUDGES get just as high as the next man and f*** people’s lives up!”
Mill says he has dropped old friends from his entourage to spend time with his family and girlfriend Nicki Minaj.
“I bent over backward to give him every opportunity to grow his career”, Brinkley told defense lawyer Frank DeSimone at hearing (quotes courtesy of the Philadelphia Inquirer). Mill was arrested for drug and gun charges in 2008 and spent 18 months in jail before being put on five-year probation.
We don’t know what all of this has to do with Meek Mill violating his probation, but it’s good to see that Breezy has his third eye open.
Assistant District Attorney Noel Ann DeSantis and Probation Officer Treas Underwood outlined a series of alleged probation violations since July, most involving Mill’s travels to cities not on his court-approved itinerary or without notifying Underwood.
“He’s not a person who knows how to keep schedules”. Brinkley also raised questions about a suspicious sample during a drug test. Mill denied trying to thwart the test or taking any drugs.
Meek also reportedly apologized to the Philly D.A.in his case, whom he called a racist a year ago and referred to her as a “b-h” in his song “The Ride”, saying he was “immature” to have done so. The state, Brinkley explained, was keeping supervised felons out that day amid heightened security for the Miss America pageant. Fans criticized him for once again using Nicki like she was a get free pass to his troubles.
