Actress Julia Roberts is spending more time in Los Angeles these days and has put homes in Hawaii and New York on the market.
The New York Post’s Page Six reports that the 47-year-old has put her 2,000-square-foot, three-bedroom, three-bathroom Greenwich Village property on the market because she is spending more time in California.
Back in April, the Pretty Woman star listed her .85 million Hawaiian island retreat, meaning the actress is set to recoup an impressive sum from these two real estate listings. Roberts paid just under $4 million for the co-op in 2010.

The Greenwich Village pied-à-terre comes kitted out with a wood-burning fireplace, a library, an open gourmet kitchen and a terrace that looks out onto the West Village. Roberts’ current décor at the pad is described as “easy breezy” and “Hamptons/California-style beachy”. In 2004, Julia Roberts listed another apartment in the area, a 3,000 square foot, four bedroom pad on lower Fifth Avenue. Roberts and her husband Danny Moder bought the property in 2011 for $14 million. She still loves New York enough to keep her Gramercy Park house, which She now leases out to a long-term renter.
