Justin Bieber answers questions, performs songs for fans

Maybe it’s actually all friendly competition… or maybe they’re quietly confident?

On one side we’ve Bieber who’s been in the press a lot recently for his diva style tantrums. I think it’s fun to joke around. A passage at the bridge that goes, “They try to crucify me / I ain’t flawless won’t deny it / My reputation’s online / So I’m workin’ on a better me”, for instance, provides a window through which the listener can see Bieber’s day-to-day reality, and perhaps even empathize with him for a fleeting moment.

The hype around Bieber’s new music continues with the smash successes of “Sorry” and “What Do You Mean?” which was crowned Justin’s first #1 on Billboard’s all-format airplay/sales/streaming-based Hot 100 the week of its release, selling over 335,000 units digitally in the US that week.

“I would say school is important – but this is probably a little more important”. “I’m just trying to figure it out, dude”, the singer said. That’s why I can see myself returning to the latter much more often, despite its resolute unfashionableness: the pressure’s high, but it sounds weightless.

Bieber – who is expected to top the charts with his latest effort and outsell One Direction – reveals how his faith helped him to grow up and make better choices after a tumultuous few years. The two previously collaborated on “Never Say Never”, featured in The Karate Kid, starring Jaden and Jackie Chan. (I get depressed) all the time. “I just felt like I lost my place for a while”, he admitted.

You’d never guess it, but Diane Keaton is a huge Belieber and she went absolutely nuts when she finally got to meet the 21-year-old heartthrob on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” on Friday.

The What Do You Mean? singer sold his mansion in Calabasas, California in 2014 after getting into a number of disputes with fellow residents for throwing wild bashes and speeding his auto around the gated community. “Thoughts and prayers with everyone #PrayForParis”.

What do you think of Justin’s bad behavior being blamed on his mother? “I’ve always respected the fact that he wasn’t afraid to just be himself”, Justin added. My parents weren’t in this business, and the judgment and pain just wasn’t fair to them. He should also find time daily to get a good deal of exercise, preferably in the fresh air and sunshine.

Even when the sexier slow jams kick in, you can sense the regret that Bieber has over recent events in his love life.
