It seems like Justin Bieber is high with the Halloween spirit! He is all pepped up and ready to make the ultimate statement to his on-and-of girlfriend Selena Gomez, and what does he do? He is planning to dress up as her!

Well, yes, you got it right, Justin Beiber, 20, is planning to dress up like Selena Gomez, 22, to woo her back! Many say that this is definitely one of the sincerest forms of sycophancy. We still feel whatever that he had planned, was a bit too much and ‘dramatic’ at the same time.
