Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez’s duet leaks online
Music lovers have been crooning Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber’s duet “Strong” since it has been aired on Drake’s OVO Sound Radio a few days back.
Bieber sings in the track, “What should I do?” When will I get over this?
Clevver News reports that a verse reads, “I’m just wishing you were better at communication” and “wishing I was better with the distance / Gotta be strong, strong, strong”. The song was supposedly only made for fun when Selena and Justin were still together and trying to stay “Strong” and committed to their relationship.
Fans who are looking forward to seeing the duet on Bieber’s upcoming album “Purpose”, which is due for release on November 13, are likely to be disappointed.
Meanwhile, Gomez is now on a high following the debut of her latest album, Revival, which has reached No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart. “Nobody else would be forgiving, cause of all the love that you give me”. “They also knew they were both going to be releasing albums in 2015, so a duet with each other would help them get more exposure if it was leaked at around the time of both of their releases”, a source from Hollywood Life said.
Gomez said in an earlier interview that she will always support Bieber’s work and she’s quite proud of what he has achieved but she plans on focusing more on herself and what she has to offer her fans this time. I respect him. And I think he respects me, in a healthy manner.
She adds that she is totally focused on her career, what with a new record out. “Finding somebody is not my main focus”.
The source told Hollywoodlife.com that Justin and Selena did not record the song together and that they worked on it separately; however, both were very involved in the creating and the writing process of the number.
