Jyn Erso Looks Like A Total Badass In New Rogue One Image

Hasbro already showcased a few of its upcoming action figures and vehicles for Rogue One: A Star Wars Story last month [see here], and with September 30th’s Force Friday fast approaching, we now have a look at a few more!

Fans have all been highly anticipating the arrival of Gareth Edwards’ “Rogue One: A Star Wars Story” not just because it brings the audiences back to the timeline which started back when “A New Hope” aired, but also because it will have an appearance from one of the most famous villains in film, Darth Vader. There’s Felicity Jones’ Jyn Erso, who is handcuffed, which means that it might be a scene following her capture by the Rebel Alliance.

Another photo shows Ben Mendelsohn’s Orson Krennic looking very adamant, as he reaches for the blaster pistol he is armed with.

Finally, we get a closer look at the Death Troopers. We’re now nearly four years on from Disney’s acquisition of Lucasfilm and with it the Star Wars license, and since then they’ve been hard at work earning that $4.05 billion back.

Meanwhile, Wired reports that Hasbro has revealed a slew of collectible toys inspired by “Rogue One: A Star Wars Story”. The cards also feature new troopers from the imperial side like the Deathtroopers, Shoretroopers, and of course, Darth Vader.

With their specific, custom-designed campaigns and innovative programs, the five internationally respected global brands are poised to complement the tempo and tone of the overall marketing campaign of this first-ever standalone Star Wars story.
