Kabali box office updates proves Rajinikanth is the biggest Indian superstar

According to Taran Adarsh, film critic and business analyst, preview shows of Kabali in Tamil and Telugu generated collections of almost Rs 13 crore in the United States and Canada.
The opening scenes from the film show a grey-bearded Rajinikanth being released from a prison, swearing to avenge his enemies. Kabali has become the second highest grossing south Indian film at the USA box office.
The PR for Kabali has been massive, with a special Air Asia plane flying fans from Bengluru to Chennai to watch the film on Friday and other high-profile partnerships with brands like Airtel.

Now all we can say is, Kabali isn’t any “regular” film. “Not only is it because it’s a Rajinikanth starrer but also because the south Indian community wants to watch it together”, Unni Krishnan Nayar, general secretary of the Club, told IANS.
