Kaley Cuoco officially files for divorce from Ryan Sweeting
The couple reportedly had a prenuptial agreement in place, signed on November 20, 2013, which will ensure the divorce to finalize quickly and efficiently, E!News reported.
No details regarding the prenup have been released.
The “Big Bang Theory” star made a decision to end her 21-month marriage to the tennis pro because she could no longer tolerate his addiction to painkillers, Us Weekly reports.
Ironically, a recent episode of “The Big Bang Theory” featured Cuoco fighting to fix her fictional marriage.

The division of assets and whether or not spousal support will be paid has already been decided, and both Cuoco and Sweeting can get on with their lives. Her friends called his a “downer”. They moved in together the next day after their first date and were engaged a short while later, convinced that what they had would last until death do them part. The actress and her tennis player husband have apparently been miserable for a while now pushing their relationship to the edge. While asking for images with the friends or family, Kaley said she’d “never undergone more in the middle of love”.
But today, she has removed Ryan from all of her social media.
