Kanye West Debuted “Closest Thing To Einstein” At A Club Last Night
Kanye West premiered a new song, “Closest Thing To Einstein”, at a show in Los Angeles last night (23 February), during which he once again denied Amber Rose’s iconic ‘#FingersInTheBootyAssBitch’ claims.
Following the Tidal release of The Life of Pablo, Kanye West continues to make new music with his latest track addressing the musician’s recent twitter rants and alleged debt. Although the title may imply a typical level of self-regard for West, the song dived into some uncomfortable topics surrounding the embattled artist, including his mental health and his reported tens of millions of debt. The song is called “Closest Thing to Einstein”, it features Sampha, and according to the low-quality audio rip it’s seven minutes long. Sample lyrics: “I’m not out of control/ I’m just of of their control” and “This generation’s closest thing to Einstein/So don’t worry about me, I’m fine”. The media said he’s way out of control/ I just feel like I’m the only one not pretending I’m not out of control. For the rest of the Kanye West fans who are still hungry for more Yeezy after The Life of Pablo, you’re in luck. For lack of a better term, West is out here, constantly ranting on Twitter, breaking up fights between paparazzi, promoting his collaborations, and constantly declaring that he’ll be “updating” his album.
And, later, Kanye apologized for using the “B word”, presumably while hosting his party at 1Oak.
