Kanye West feels Kim K’s nudity a “Renaissance”

Kanye West has been an active Twitter user for years, but he’s one of the few major artists to hold out on an Instagram account.

Today (Sunday, September 18), West finally joined Instagram (gaining 347k followers correct at time of publishing) and shared his first post, a photo of a vehicle driving in the nighttime.

Interesting development, though, because Kanye recently said he ditched his phone so he’d have more “air to create”. “It’s my art…” he wrote on Twitter in March.

Still he has already gathered more than 585,000 followers – a number that keeps climbing. Also, Kanye is now on his Saint Pablo Tour to support album TheLife of Pablo. Of course, we’re not sure if he’ll ever surpass wife Kim Kardashian’s impressive 82.7 million followers, but God knows he’ll try.
