Kardashians Stop Publishing Content To Apps As Lamar Odom Remains Hospitalized

The expectant Kim K. has chose to put her baby shower on hold as her entire family rushes to Lamar Odom’s side, PEOPLE reveals.

Releasing their first public statement since the 35-year-old was hospitalised, they said: “Thanks for your outpouring of prayers and support for our dad. We are here with our family and friends”, Odom’s kids said in a statement to Us Weekly on Thursday, October 15. “Politely asking him to respect Lamar’s (and Khloé’s) privacy during this hard time, and refrain from talking to the press”, her reps told Us Weekly.

Kardashian-Jenner matriarch Kris Jenner asked her Instagram followers to pray for Odom, 35, Wednesday, calling him “our fighter”, alongside a photo of the former Lakers player on the basketball court.

The children have been by his bedside since he arrived at the hospital.

She’s due to give birth next month but reality star Kim Kardashian has allegedly shunned her own baby shower to support sister Khloe’s at the Las Vegas hospital where Lamar Odom is now fighting for his life.

He is reportedly likely to have suffered “brain damage” as a result of a “loss of oxygen but also a possible stroke”, and doctors are treating the situation as a non-suicidal “overdose”.

Odom reportedly used a unsafe amount of cocaine paired with a Viagra-like substance that is rumored to have been a major factor in his current condition.

Odom was found unconscious and bleeding from the mouth and nose at Love Ranch South, a legal brothel in Pahrump, Nevada, on Tuesday.

Meanwhile the Kardashian family have been sparring with the Nevada brothel’s owner over media attention surrounding the incident. Metta World Peace is anxious too, the same as Kobe Bryant.
