Ford’s attorneys want Ford to testify after Kavanaugh, not appear in the same room as him and face no questioning by outside attorneys.

Meanwhile, some are not so sure they can trust Collins to vote against Kavanaugh, despite her latest remarks. The FBI would not have jurisdiction in the case at the time of the alleged assault.
