Kayleigh Haywood: House cordoned off in search of missing 15-year-old
Kayleigh was last seen at Ibstock Community College, near her home in Measham, Leicestershire, at 6pm on Friday.
Writing on social media, he pleaded with his sister to return home, writing: “I’ve never missed her so much”.
“Please come home, you’re not in any trouble, we just want you back safe and sound”.
A relative, who answered the door of the family home, said: “We have nothing to say”.
The two men were arrested in the Ibstock and Coalville areas of Leicestershire.
Police have cordoned off the entrance to Sence Valley Forest Park and a house in the Baker’s Croft estate near Ibstock.
This afternoon, magistrates have granted detectives a further 36 hours to hold and question the two men, aged 27 and 28-years-old, who were arrested in the early hours of yesterday morning.
Detective Chief Superintendent David Sandall, from Leicestershire Police, said: “Officers are continuing to search for Kayleigh, and as part of these searches a number of areas have been cordoned off”.
Residents are being encouraged to search their back gardens and outbuildings, leaving specially trained officers to undertake the coordinated searches.

Since Kayleigh’s disappearance was reported to police, detectives have also examined CCTV footage, carried out house-to-house inquiries and spoken to a few of her friends.
Police have asked the public to “immediately” contact them if they have seen Kayleigh since Friday evening or have any suspicions about where she may be.
Another close family member, Stephanie Haywood, wrote: “Please please please share and get the word out!”
The tearful brother of missing teenager Kayleigh Haywood has said he is “terrified” for his little sister’s safety.
“Kayleigh, if you see this, please let us know you are safe and well”.
“We just don’t know what has happened to her. The police are doing all they can and we are putting our confidence in them to find her”.
Kayleigh is a student at Ashby School but previously attended Ibstock Community College, where she was dropped off outside on Friday.
“We are concerned. We do believe Kayleigh was in this local area”.
“As the search continues we can assure parents that school is continuing to focus upon learning as well as giving support to students who are understandably concerned”.
