Kellogg’s To Release Five New Pop-Tart Flavors

Thankfully, the social media rumors are true. In December, a bacon and maple-flavored Pop-Tart will be out for a limited time.

According to Delish, Pop-Tarts will be debuting a few awesome new flavors starting in December and running until Spring 2016.

There have been lots of variations on the strawberry Pop-Tart, including the original unfrosted strawberry, the frosted one, the low fat version, PB&J with strawberry, and chocolatey strawberry.

The Limited Edition Frosted Watermelon and Frosted Chocolatey Caramel will also be available in December. Well, Pop-Tarts just announced a few new products and they seem to be thinking outside the toaster.

Kellogg’s is describing the savory-sweet breakfast pastry as “maple and bacon flavored filling in a golden crust, topped with sweet white frosting and salty and smoked flavored crunchlets”.

Pink Lemonade hits store shelves in April.

“Pop-Tart fans are insane about the brand and they love the wide variety of our lineup”, Aleta Chase, director of Pop-Tart brand marketing. These new strawberry Pop-Tarts will come with a cartoon painted into the frosting.
