Salt Lake City Democratic Rep. Rebecca Chavez-Houck said Thursday that Herbert was reacting to a heavily edited video and it’s clear that the Utah Planned Parenthood organization did nothing wrong.
Plus, long before the fetal body part scandal Live Action used undercover videos to bust Planned Parenthood for all kinds of shenanigans, including failing to report sex abuse of women who sought abortions.
Brownback had referenced the videos produced by the Center of Medical Progress during his State of the State address earlier this month when he called for the state to cut off Medicaid funds to Planned Parenthood.

Grand jury proceedings are secret and it is unknown if Anderson had suggested the charges.
“Either the government in the DAs office in Harris County will come to its senses and voluntary dismiss this indictment, or the criminal law attorneys that have been retained [by Daleiden and Merritt] will file a motion to dismiss and get these charges dropped”, the attorney said.
Unedited footage later released by the CMP itself actually showed that Planned Parenthood did nothing illegal, but instead received minor, and legal, compensation to cover costs in instances where it donated fetal tissue-with the consent of patients-for medical research.
