Kerry Washington Toots Her Tuba for Ellen DeGeneres’s 2000th Show

Ellen DeGeneres is usually the one surprising people on her show, but this time it was Ellen getting the surprises. Aniston walked in carrying a welcome mat-the same present she brought Ellen during the first episode.

She quipped: “You are the only person I know who loves red wine more than Olivia Pope”. Television Group, Peter Roth, revealed that for only the fourth time in the studio’s history, a stage is being renamed in her honor.

Ellen DeGeneres celebrated her 2,000 episode on Thursday and had a few surprise guests show up to celebrate with her. Jennifer Aniston showed up to help her celebrate and brought her a gift. I think we are both just on our own journeys and figuring ourselves out and I think maybe once we figure ourselves out we can come back and make an awesome duo or she finds someone awesome and I’ll find someone awesome.

DeGeneres had no idea who the special guests were that were to show up on the show, but she was pleasantly surprised when Aniston first walked out on stage. DeGeneres said during her monologue.

The pair were soon joined by Justin Timberlake, with the trio celebrating DeGeneres by downing shots of tequila.

In addition, it has been awarded the Genesis Award (from the Humane Society) as Best Talk Show in 2010 and 2012, and has won the People’s Choice Award for Favorite Daytime TV Host a whopping 14 times.

Kerry Washington was the third celeb to surprise DeGeneres.

“Honestly, on behalf of all of us, you’re a treasure”.

While DeGeneres was shocked by the appearance of Aniston, Timberlake and later “Scandal” star Kerry Washington, the comedian was very surprised by the appearance of the president and CCO of Warner Bros. Ellen became noticeably emotional, and her good friend Jennifer Aniston was there to hand her a tissue.
