Keuchel dominates again to help Astros shut out Royals 4

Albert Pujols and Kole Calhoun hit run-scoring doubles for Los Angeles.
McCullers has opened his big league career at 3-2 with a 2.33 earned run average and is coming off a tough-luck no-decision against the Angels.
Keuchel got a little help from his defense when Springer robbed Omar Infante of a hit to center field.
Whether Dallas Keuchel is motivated by the chance of starting in the All-Star game, whether it’s pushing an already intense competitor just a bit more, isn’t something that can be known for sure. He walked Mike Napoli and Alejandro De Aza with the bases loaded in the first.
Anderson (1-0) didn’t allow a baserunner until Grady Sizemore homered against his old team on a 1-2 pitch with one out in the seventh. Hendricks (3-4) pitched three-hit ball for six innings and combined with three relievers to bail out the Cubs.
The Royals had another scoring threat in the top of the sixth.
