Kevin Durant: The right call?

Durant joins a Warriors side that won the National Basketball Association title two years ago and finished runners up this time out – recording 73 wins out of the 82-game regular season.

Durant mentioned his time with Curry and Iguodala – who he says was huge in his decision – at the 2010 World Championships, and how he played for the Warriors’ coaching staff at this year’s All-Star Weekend.

“You can’t do any better than adding KD to the current crew”, Kerr said.

“Those four coming to my meeting and talking to me about the culture and how they built it and how they want to sustain it, it was key”, Durant said.

Thunder fans shouldn’t be mad at Kevin Durant, they should be mad at the Cleveland Cavaliers. Sorry you feel that way, but I’m going to continue to live my life. Nothing but the NBA Championship will be good enough for Steve Kerr’s men next season, and the addition of Durant to this team certainly makes that goal a very achievable one. So, I just tried to focus on me but also realize the relationships that I had I still wanted those to be – I’m sure they won’t be the same, but I still wanted to go out there and leave with some class and some dignity, but hopefully I did.

To be completely honest, I thought Durant would stay in Oklahoma City.
