Khloe Kardashian gushes over first meeting with sister Kim’s son Saint West
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have revealed their newborn son’s name – Saint West.
An unnamed source has explained to Us Weekly that the married couple referred to their second child as a saint during Kardashian’s pregnancy.
Monday saw perhaps the most eagerly anticipated celebrity baby-name reveal since… well, since North West’s name was revealed in 2013.
Saint West was born via natural delivery at a hospital in Los Angeles on Saturday, 5 December, weighing 8lbs 1oz.
The reality star shared the news on her website and app, in a post titled “Kanye and I Welcome our Baby Boy”.
“The way [Kim] explained it to me was North means ‘highest power, ‘ and she says that North is [Kim and Kanye’s] highest point together”.
Within minutes of the announcement, Twitter and Instagram was flooded with memes poking fun at the name.
The news we’ve all been waiting for has arrived – Kim Kardashian and Kayne West have announced the name of their new baby boy … and the internet has gone into meltdown. Shortly after the baby was born, fans started tweeting the name and made it trending on Twitter. “I don’t like South West. North will always be better”.
It has not been an easy pregnancy for Kim, who recently revealed she had to undergo an External Cephalic Version procedure to have her baby moved from the breech position. I’m just thinking about number three. The 35-year-old and her hubby hadn’t even decided on the flawless name Sunday evening. During an interview back in November, the mother said naming her children is the last thing on her mind.
During The Ellen DeGeneres Show in September, Kardashian West admitted that she was keen on the name Easton West although her husband was not a fan.
