Khloe Kardashian Weight Loss Diet Tricks, Advice And More Including Waist
Va va voom! Khloe Kardashian was running errands in LA, wearing an all-white outfit and we are loving her curvaceous body in her jeans! Her waist does look tiny.
Kardashian has been vocal as of late about her recent weight loss, crediting losing over 40 pounds to workouts with trainer Gunnar Peterson and following a strict diet.
The reality star is promoting a product both her sisters Kim and Kourtney have also pimped in the past.
Kardashian also hit the gym hard and gave credit to her personal trainer Gunnar Peterson.
“I’ve cut out soda completely and I’ll drink iced tea or water for what i drink throughout my day. I just made that like a lifestyle change,” said Kardashian to Inquisitr.
However, what many people are wondering, is if the waist trainers are actually safe to use and according toHealth, they aren’t.
Caroline Apovian, M.D., professor of medicine at Boston University School of Medicine and Obesity Society, said, “If you’re going out and want to look really thin, I don’t see a problem with wearing one of these for an evening. If you look in the mirror and like what you see, it can potentially be a good thing.”
However, Apovian admitted that the waist trainer won’t whittle your waistline away permanently. Trainer Nicole Glor revealed that it can reduce your core strength and detract from your exercise if you’re sporting one at the gym.
“If can really affect your ability to work hard,” said Glor. “Plus, I would worry about back acne from the tight apparatus and extra sweat.”
Apovian warned about extra-tight waist trainers, which can exacerbate heartburn and make it difficult to breathe.
“If you’re wearing one and you experience those symptoms, that’s a definite sign that you need to loosen it or take it off,” added the M.D.
