In case you thought Kim Kardashian was faking her second pregnancy, these new photos confirm the 34-year-old is DEFINITELY with child!

According to People, the “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” star allegedly moved back to her Kris Jenner’s house, along with Kanye West and their daughter, North.

A pal reveals: “Kim had been feeling really insecure about her weight last week and knew she’d be snapped alongside her sisters“.

Kim Kardashian – queen of reality TV and anything social media related – is a said to be a wee bit nervous that her husband’s ex Amber Rose and her BFF 4 LYF Blac Chyna are about to appear in a “no-holds-barred” reality TV show.

“Kim knows Amber would never bulls**t Kanye so she’s asked him to get assurances from her that they won’t turn their show into a Kardashian bitchfest”.
