To celebrate the milestone, she posted a boob-acious photo that only showed her lips, neck, and chest in a plunging black top. Congrats, girl! And can you guess how Kim celebrated this momentous occasion?

She doesn’t have the biggest Instagram following, though.

KIM and Kourtney Kardashian have decided to try out a new look. Kim’s husband, Kanye West, was also in the shot. Ladies will love you for it, I promise!

That said, I would love it if Kim posted a couple of selfies “celebrating” some of those aforementioned not-so-sexy hallmarks of pregnancy.

Kardashian just might get the title of most Instagram followers if she keeps up her selfie game. That’s like if every single person who lives in California followed Kim on Instagram, plus another 5 mil, give or take.
