Kim Kardashian Eats Her Placenta After Giving Birth To Son Saint
The new mother-of-two revealed on her subscription-only website she’s having her placenta frozen and transformed into pills for consumption.
“I’m really not this holistic person or someone who would have ever considered eating my placenta”, she wrote, according to the Sydney Morning Herald.
From what I hear, momming is hard, why not try to avoid crippling depression? “So I really need to get down to 120”, she continued.
“I am feeling much better”, replied Kim. Kim’s 36-year-old sister, Kourtney Kardashian, also ate her placenta giving birth to her third child, son Reign.
The results? In addition to unrelated Kim Kardashian weight loss, Kim said “I had great results and felt so energized and didn’t have any signs of depression. I’m not saying anyone is being unhealthy or not doing it the right way, but how do they lose weight and look so good so fast?!” “I totally recommend it for anyone considering it!”
“She had a really tough birth because of the issues with her placenta”, the source said.

The mom of two isn’t the only celebrity to advocate eating the placenta.
In Kim Kardashian’s app, the reality star opened up about eating her own placenta after giving birth to her baby girl and the reason why she did it.
Kim and West welcome their second child earlier this month on December 5 and named the baby boy as Saint West.

What do you think of Kim eating her placenta?
Research suggests opting to do this may prevent postnatal depression, increase milk supply and help mothers gain their energy back, but its benefits aren’t fully proven, so if you need further information, a trip to your GP’s office is the first step to take.
And small amounts of oxytocin, a hormone that promotes lactation, found in the placenta suggests that women who eat it may be able to produce more milk – making breastfeeding easier.
