“Keeping Up With The Kardashians” stars Kim Kardashian West and nephew Mason Disick had a really special weekend recently, as the two visited a patient at a hospital for the Make-A-Wish foundation, treating her to a very nice day. The charity foundation aids children with life threatening illnesses and the world famous organization reached out to Kim with a most favorable response.

And it wasn’t long before Kim’s loyal following posted supportive messages about the kind deed. “Thank you Make-A-Wish for this special day!” she wrote about the sweet snap.

In a selfie with Anissa, Kardashian captioned it with, “Mason and I spent the day with this handsome soul, Anissa!” Kardashian, of course took a quick selfie of herself with the recipient who was then lying on a bed and giving the camera a big smile. Kim also hit up a Toys “R” Us in Woodland Hills, California with Mason, where she bought a cart filled to the brim with toys, and waited in line just like the rest of us.
