Kanye West has already been released from the hospital where he got admitted for a few days.

The Stronger rapper was hospitalised at the University of California Los Angeles Medical Center last week after his erratic behaviour sparked concern.

Kanye West’s relationship with wife Kim Kardashian might not be so out of key after all.

A source previously revealed to ET that Kim had been seriously “stepping up” for her husband at this hard time, claiming that the 36-year-old reality star is “more dedicated and devoted to Kanye than ever”.

West spent Thanksgiving at the hospital since being brought in after a 911 call November 21 for his own health and safety. TMZ reported that West’s doctor called 911, suggesting his patient was suffering from sleep deprivation and exhaustion.

He was admitted to UCLA Medical Center one day after canceling the remaining dates on the Saint Pablo Tour.

Sources tell TMZ that Kardashian’s day begins with giving “uninterrupted attention” to 11-month-old Saint and 3-year-old North as she “feeds, clothes, and nurtures” them. “Kim being absent because of her own struggles seems to be why things are different with Kanye this time”.

Kendall Jenner’s famous family won’t be sitting front row at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show this year.

According to the People magazine, Kim’s husband is at ‘home, getting some rest’. However, sources close to the rapper told People that Kanye was not committed against his wishes.
