Kim Kardashian West was ‘strong but cranky’ during birth of Saint
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star – who also has a 2-year-old daughter North with rapper Kanye West – was terrified prior to giving birth to the couple’s first son last week after suffering a hard delivery during her first pregnancy.

And the “momager” believes Kim and her husband Kanye West, 38 – who already have two-year-old daughter North – couldn’t have picked a more fitting name for the tiny tot. “We’ll see if he’s calm, or you know, anxious…we’ll see what kind of kid he is”.
E! Online reported that Saint does not have a middle name; thus, the child’s complete name only consists of the first and last name like that of Nori.
A source told PEOPLE magazine: “She had a really tough birth because of the issues with her placenta”.

The “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” star reportedly suffered from placenta accreta, where the placenta remains attached to the womb, again when she gave birth to her son Saint on Saturday. “It’s truly been overwhelming, all the love they’ve been getting from their close friends and family”.
Little Saint was born on December 5 in the same L.A. hospital where Lamar Odom has been staying since his near-fatal overdose in October. There was some speculation that Kim and Kanye wanted to go with “Robert” or at least something with an “R” to honor her late father, Robert Kardashian, but the couple never responded to that rumor.
“They gave me an IV with medication to relax my uterus, and then three doctors attempted to work together to turn the baby”.
