To make that play all the more interesting, you could hear Rodgers’ reaction at the play through the television, at least according to video captured by a viewer that was posted to Reddit.

Credit the defensive backs, too.

One aspect they did perform well with was converting a first-quarter fumble recovery by Lamarr Houston into a TD.

Regardless, since Lacy’s re-emergence in week 11, he has had his two best games of the season.

Rodgers didn’t miss any time, however, and it looks like he’ll be okay. It was his third straight time out with this injury. He has his flaws, but the veteran safety has played well in starter Antrel Rolle’s absence. Much of that is due to injuries and limited personnel. Sutton has been replaced on defense by Mitch Unrein and Bruce Gaston, who are bigger and play more stout.
