Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon collection: Kapil Sharma’s debut film sets box office
Humorist Kapil Sharma, who made his presentation in movies with “Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon“, needed Deepika Padukone to play his better half’s character in the flick.
Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon was panned by most of the critics but the film has won the hearts of the audiences.
“Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon“, which also features Elli Avram, Manjari Phadnis, Simran Kaur Mundi, Sai Lokurwords, Arbaaz Khan and Varun Sharma, is slated to release on Friday. Kapil and the entire star cast receiving huge appreciation from audience for their performance in the movie.
The opening day figures of the film is also higher than Sooraj Pancholi and Athiya Shetty’s much-hyped and aggressively-promoted “Hero”, which scooped around Rs 6 crores on its first day. In fact, the opening day box office collection of Kapil’s movie is higher than Akshay Kumar’s “Baby”.
Kapil Sharma ” s debut venture, ‘Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon’ had a great start. Benefiting from the holiday on Friday, the film opened to an average of 35 per cent in the early shows and amassed Ra 10.15 crore, which was above expectation.
The movie raised a total of 18.75 Crores in two days and raised around 30 Crores in its opening weekend. The movie has already surpassed its expectations and will now have to keep up the record in the weekdays too, in order to maintain its hit tag.
