Kourtney Kardashian to seek sole custody

Shortly after Scott Disick returned to the U.S., he was dumped by his longtime girlfriend and mother of his three children-Kourtney Kardashian.

The “Keeping Up With The Kardashian” star has met with divorce attorney-to-the-stars Laura Wessler multiple times since her split from boyfriend Scott Disick last month, according Us Weekly.

Outlets are reporting that the 36-year-old met with “Disso Queen” Laura Wasser – and on Monday we caught the oldest Kardashian heading into the top lawyer’s office building, solidifying suspicions that Kourt had nabbed Wasser.

Meanwhile, another insider previously claimed that Khloé tried to do everything to save her marriage to the 35-year-old basketball player. “And is going to seek sole custody of the kids”.

Kourtney is probably hoping that Scott will get sober and clean by going to rehab, after which she will be open to re-negotiate whatever custodial agreement they reach now.

Considering that Scott is reportedly off the wagon again and hasn’t seen his family in over a month, it seems that Kourtney is right in wanting to protect the children from Scott’s negative influence, at least until he gets help for his addictions.

Kourtney Kardashian’s ready to bring in the big guns! And given the fact that Disick is always out partying, and has been in and out of rehab for quite some time now to kick his habits (but he never actually kicks them), we’re thinking that Kourtney has a very good chance of getting full custody.

Apparently, the brunette beauty began exploring her legal options prior to the announcement of her split from Scott.
