Kris Jenner ‘snubbed’ close friends

It was a night of glamour and fashion as Kris Jenner celebrated her 60 birthday ala “Great Gatsby” style at The Lot in West Hollywood on Friday, November 6. She posted several photos of her star-studded party on her Instagram account, and included the hashtag “I love my friends” in reference to the amusing video.

The original song, titled “I Love My Friends”, was written by Kris and according to the credits, the video was produced by her first husband, Robert Kardashian, with “lyrics by Kourtney, Kimberly & Khloe”. The 35-year-old comedienne did eventually grace the VMA and presented singer Nicki Minaj the award for Best Hip Hop Video by her lonesome.

It has been three decades since Kris Jenner created a video compilation for her 30th birthday, and now her famous grandchildren are pitching in to help celebrate her 60th year. “The right thing to do is to ask Kim if she’d consider cooking for you from time to time'”. The video ends with the biggest change of all to Kris’s life: Caitlyn Jenner.

Where was Rob? Kris’s only son didn’t appear on her birthday video or attend her A-list birthday bash. There were wall-to-wall A-listers, wall-to-wall white roses (mandatory at any Kardashian family gathering) and so many jaw-droppingly fabulous Great Gastsby themed costumes that no guest could move for pearls and diamonds.

In video footage, Black Skinhead hitmaker Kanye can be seen smiling more than we’ve ever seen him do so as he danced and sang for Kris and fellow party-goers backed by a live band. Caitlyn brushed off a few of the foam that covered her leg as if showing it off and said “there you go” before spreading her arms and happily declaring “she loves us!” to the camera.
