Kristen Bell Leaves Voicemail As Frozen’s Ana For Girl With Brain Tumor

Kristen Bell, as Princess Anna of Arendelle, left a voicemail for 6-year-old Avery Huffman, who was diagnosed with a brain tumor last month, her Caring Bridge page says. I just wanted to call and say hello.

On Avery’s family blog about her struggle to beat the tumour, Mr Huffman wrote that the video has been a huge comfort to her family. “Avery was given some Frozen bracelets, and one of the requirements to watch the movie tonight was that I had to wear one of the bracelets”.

“I shouldn’t be surprised, though, because she’s been touching her mom and I’s hearts since they day she was born”.

Avery’s dad, Brandon – who has chronicled his daughter’s struggles on Twitter with the #AveryStrong hashtag – posted the full video of the voicemail along with her stunned reaction. In the meantime, we’ll be wishing little miss Avery all the luck in the world.

It got even more incredible when Kristen pretended to be talking to Anna’s sister (Queen Elsa) and told Avery that the Queen would love to make her an honorary princess.

For Avery, who was diagnosed with a form of brain cancer called DIPG (Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma) this past June, the biggest news came from a mysteriously off-in-the-distance Elsa.
