Kylie Jenner Receives Backlash Over ‘Interview’ Mag Wheelchair Photos

It is after Kylie Jenner modeled in a wheelchair that is gold to get a piece in Interview magazine, resulting in criticism by many on-line.

Jenner has not responded directly to the criticism but a representative for Interview magazine told E!

The 18 year old dons a VERY daring pair of leather pants that expose her entire bum.

The magazine defended its decision to feature Kylie posing in a wheelchair for their December/January issue because it explores the way she is both objectified by media scrutiny.

In order to keep herself sane, Kylie says the public never get to see much of the real her, and the persona she portrays on Instagram and Snapchat is over-inflated. “That’s totally not me”, laughs Jenner. “People with disabilities are already seen as powerless, and this just reinforces that”, she added.

“I, like so many more, visit a wheelchair as vital to me being in a position to get a “regular” life”. “I would probably just never dress up”, she adds when asked about her true preferences. “I used to do a lot of hiking when I wasn’t as busy”. Like, yesterday I realised that I’m 18, I’m a female, and I have accomplished so much.

“I feel like … it was the only thing I really bottled in”, Kylie said.

Despite the attention-grabbing shots, Jenner talks to the magazine about being ready to give up all the fame for a more pastoral life by the time she hits 30.

Her refreshing honesty comes as surprise, considering the beauty trends that she’s launched in the past year alone. “But I saw the way the hair and the latex and the all that…it’s just so cool”.

“I feel like I’m way too young to wear such heavy make-up all the time”.

Numerous others who either know someone with disability, or have been deprived of their rights to indulge in modeling or art-related activities, also took to social media and expressed their dismay.

“I just want to inspire my fans to be whoever they want to be, because that’s what I’ve always done”, she said.

“I do feel pressure when I do sexy photo shoots and stuff, or if I want to post a picture, because I want to be a good role model, but I also want to be me”.
