Kyrie Irving’s Uncle Drew Returns to Play HORSE with Ray Allen
Kyrie Irving’s alter ego, Uncle Drew, has become nearly as popular and celebrated as Irving himself, and today the old man who told us all, “don’t reach, young blood”, is back for his fourth on-court adventure.
Why not play a game of “HORSE?”
Fans are introduced to several new characters including Louis (played by former two-time National Basketball Association All-Star Baron Davis), Angelo (played by actor JB Smoove) and Drew’s nemesis Walt (played by two-time National Basketball Association champion and jump shooting great Ray Allen). Maybe take Uncle Drew to Europe and just have him hustle people for cash. The last time we saw Drew was in 2013, when he was in Chicago schooling youngbloods along with “Lights”, his old point guard played by Nate Robinson.
Irving is expected to return somewhere around late December or January, so it will be Mo Williams and Matthew Dellavedova getting a majority of the playing time in his absence.
