According to Gaga there will be 11 or 12 songs on the album and 14 on the deluxe version. Her fourth album will be released on October 21st, via Interscope / Streamline.
Gaga revealed two songs that fans can expect to hear, “Sinner’s Prayer” and “John Wayne”.

“We’re actually going to be done in the next 48 hours”.
After beating around the bush for a few minutes (and after Lowe played “Perfect Illusion”), Gaga got down to business and blew the lid off her super-secretive-until-now new project. While she wouldn’t be the first artist to draw from a recent break-up as inspiration for an album (cough, cough Taylor Swift, cough), I’m pretty certain she would bring some extra flare.
A track on the album will also be called “Joanne”. This comes right in the aftermath of the premiere of American Horror Story season six, which features Lady Gaga in some mysterious role that will probably give her many opportunities for wild and insane costumes.
Joanne is preceded by lead single “Perfect Illusion“, which features Tame Impala’s Kevin Parker, Queens of the Stone Age’s Josh Homme, Mark Ronson, and Grimes collaborator Bloodpop.
