Chills! Like Us, Taylor Kinney was won over by fiancée Lady Gaga’s national anthem performance at Super Bowl 50, the Chicago Fire hunk told Us Weekly in an exclusive interview on Monday, February 8.
Mother Monster looked appropriately patriotic in an all-red Gucci two-piece – glittery, of course – as she performed the National Anthem alongside a piano accompanist on one of the biggest stages in music and NFL history.
Viewers took to Twitter to share praise for the performance, with one writing: “I’m crying”.

“Some of my experience with Gaga had primed me a little bit (for the Super Bowl)”, Smith said.
Anyone who doubted Lady Gaga’s vocal chops heading into the Super Bowl 50 national anthem was (A) foolish to begin with and (B) proven completely wrong.
One user tweeted, ‘chunk in my throat and tears on my face from @ladygaga ‘s performance. chills. major chills’.
It’s a powerful instrument and she used it to her full advantage while rocking a red sequined pantsuit and matching red eye shadow.
As well as the Super Bowl crowd, social media erupted into applause. Gaga is nominated by the Academy for her song “Till It Happens To You” from the documentary “The Hunting Ground”.
