Lady Gaga Sings Super Bowl 50 National Anthem
She gave a stellar performance of the national anthem backed with just a piano accompaniment and an Air Force jets flyover finale while thumping her chest (similar to a Celine Dion chest pound manner) that left the crowd with goose bumps. The singer, who turns 30 next month, enjoyed an extraordinary run in 2015 – stunning with her performance at the 2015 Oscars, earning a Golden Globe for her turn on American Horror Story, and scoring Oscar and Grammy nominations for 2016.
In other related news, the 29-year-old singer, Lady Gaga, apparently went a little bit gaga with her on-going preparations in singing the National Anthem at Super Bowl 50. Her blue fingernails, red, white and blue high-heel platforms and Gucci suit sparkled as she performed. “I just thought about the lyrics and what they really mean”. The performance was so powerful that it drew thousands of people to social media to praise miss Gaga for her wonderful performance.
As Gaga sang, actress Marlee Marlin, who is deaf, used sign language to sign the anthem with her hands.

Lady Gaga explained, this is “one of the highest honors of my career”.
“Star Spangled Red-Slipper eyes!” she Instagrammed along with a close-up selfie of her gorgeous make-up.
The pre-game show was spectacular and the half-time show featuring Beyoncé, Coldplay and Bruno Mars.
She spoke with the NFL Network before taking the stage, saying: “It’s such an honour, and a total dream come true”. And her ensemble was just as patriotic as her decision.
