Lamar Odom: Kardashian family post joint statement as basketball star shows
Richard Hunter, the Love Ranch’s media director told the emergency operator: “Someone just told me that he had a few cocaine on him that he finished on Saturday”.
The former basketball star has been rumored to have struggled with drug use.
“Thanks for your outpouring of prayers and support for our dad”, Destiny and Lamar Odom Jr. said in the statement to ET. He was last seen falling asleep around 6am Tuesday U.S. time, and found at 3pm that day with “mucous coming out of his nose and mouth”.
We continue to hope for a miracle and our thoughts remain with Lamar and his loved ones. He grew up in Queens with Odom and said he had a hard time focusing after hearing of his childhood friend’s slow improvement. Kendall Jenner, Khloe’s half-sifter, also tweeted, “Please don’t go”, in regard to Lamar’s health crisis.
This week, stars across the nation have chimed in on Lamar Odom’s tragic coma, which was reportedly brought on by an alleged drug overdose.

A source close to the Kardashian-Jenner families said they “dropped everything” when hearing of Lamar’s condition.
Despite reports that Khloe paid for Lamar’s ex-girlfriend and children to fly out to Vegas, a source tells ET this is not true.
In a statement released through their publicist Thursday afternoon, Lamar Odom’s two children – Destiny Odom and Lamar Odom Jr. – asked that fans pray for their ailing father.
The former Los Angeles Lakers forward showed small signs of progress – squeezing his estranged wife Khloe Kardashian’s hand in a Las Vegas hospital and briefly fluttering his eyelids.
