The team has been the story of the season, with players like Jamie Vardy, N’Golo Kante and African Riyad Mahrez destroying teams like Manchester City, who have been assembled together at a far more expensive rate. Expect a big shake-up on Sunday. Third versus first, fourth versus second. Arsenal against Leicester. All the pressure is on the Gunners. And slowly but surely they’ve gained more confidence. Potentially they could have the same devastating effect on Arsenal – remember how Anthony Martial, then at Monaco, cut through the Gunners at the Emirates this time previous year to send them out of the Champions League.

Leicester are top of the table with 13 games remaining and have a five-point cushion over nearest challengers Tottenham and Arsenal, with an away game against Arsene Wenger’s men next up. This year, Manchester United and Chelsea will invest significantly to get their own squads up to scratch, whilst Manchester City enter a new dawn under Pep Guardiola and Liverpool will get shaken-up by Jurgen Klopp. More recently, Arsenal weren’t too enamoured of Monaco. In fact, their last win against a top six side was all the way back in May 2015, and that was against Tottenham. Leicester City on the other hand will also want to extend their lead at the top of table since for them the EPL trophy is with sight now. His shoot-out with Harry Kane is going to be vital.
“And clearly the last three performances show that desire, that hunger, that we are on the right path”. Pochettino’s team are so hard to beat.
Meanwhile, Leicester City pulled off a remarkable 3-1 victory against a tough Manchester City eleven on the road at the Etihad Stadium last Saturday, as per BBC Sport. Kevin De Bruyne put City ahead before Eric Dier, Toby Alderweireld, Harry Kane and Erik Lamela launched a Spurs onslaught.
