Lenovo teases K4 Note with killer display ahead of launch
And if other Lenovo devices are scheduled to get the latest Android update, it would only be obvious that the K4 gets the same treatment too. Even though the company is calling it #KilleNote2016 on its official Twitter handle, the rumor mill has predicted that it will launch as Lenovo K4 Note. However, it did not provide any information on the size of the display as well as its resolution. The K4 Note is the second smartphone that will contain biometric technology in India, with the Coolpad Note 3 as the first one and released in October.
Additional Lenovo teases show us that the device will be releasing with 3GB of RAM, another improvement over the K3 Note, which came with just 2GB of RAM. The phone will have 32 GB inbuilt memory and will also sport a fingerprint scanner, increasing the security levels of the phone. The release can also be the catalyst of the next succeeding smartphone releases that will happen within the year soon after the said event. The device is supported by a 3000mAh battery, which completes the package. As a bonus, we threw in an NFC chip as well!
So what do you think about the latest version of Lenovo K4 Note? However, it has been revealed that the K4 Note will boast a premium appeal as it will be coming with a full-metal design, NDTV Gadgets 360 reported. The K3 Note was launched in India in June 2015 priced at Rs 9,999. On Amazon, it is available for $145.
However, Lenovo was quite sparse with the details of the device. The K3 Note came with a plastic body and offered 2 GB of RAM. As per reports, the company has sold over a million units of the K3 note in India in just six months of its launch.
It comes with a 13 megapixel rear camera with OmniVision Pure Cell image sensor for better photography and a 5 megapixel selfie camera.
