Lenovo Yoga Tab 3 LTE Launches in India
In order to compete against Microsoft Surface Pro, Toshiba DynaNote and Apple iPad Pro, the Chinese handset maker Lenovo has launched its Yoga Tab 3 in the Indian market. It comes with 8GB of inbuilt storage which is expandable via microSD card (up to 32GB). This is a Wi-Fi only tablet and does not feature SIM support. It comes with Android KitKat 4.4, upgradable to Lollipop 5.0, and a 7-inch IPS 1024 x 600p screen.
The tablet is available on Snapdeal and official Lenovo website. That said, you will get Dolby Audio thanks to a pair of front-firing speakers and it’s hard to argue with a price tag that shakes out to around $84 bucks in the states. It also features AnyPen technology, where the user can able to operate with their own pencil or pen.
The tablet comes with a 7 inch IPS display with 1024×600 pixels resolution.
The tablet is backed by a 3450mAh battery. The phablet packs a 3,500mAh battery which the company claims can deliver up to 24 hours of talk time and up to 350 hours of standby time.
The tablet runs Android 5.1 Lollipop, along with connectivity options such as Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, microUSB 2.0 and optional LTE. The processor running the show is listed as a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek chip which is helped along by 1GB of RAM. It is equipped with a 2-megapixel fixed focus rear camera and a 0.3-megapixel front camera.
Lenovo has announced yet another stylish budget tablet offering after the launch of its entry-level Tab 2 A7-20 tablet yesterday.
