LG announces the X power, X max, X style and X mach
As of writing, there is little information from LG on these devices, but they should be launching later this year and pricing will vary depending on each individual market. The LG X max is represented by Beast because it’s a big beauty.
The X mach takes connectivity to the next level with the inclusion of Cat.
Apparently LG doesn’t have anything to say about the X Max – no specs for the device were offered in its launch announcement. After launching two such phones in March – LG X cam and LG X screen – it has now announced four more devices.
“Each X series smartphone pairs perfectly with its user by offering uncompromising quality and one truly outstanding feature that speak the user’s personal preference and lifestyle – all at a great value”, said Juno Cho, president of LG Electronics and the Mobile Communications Company.
LG today announced four new smartphones that expand its X series. 9 is only available in a handful of countries, including Qatar and Australia, the most interesting device in this bunch is probably the LG X power.
This one seems to be the most expensive of the four as it sports a 5.5inch quad-HD (1440 x 2560 pixels) resolution IPS panel display with pixel density of 534ppi. The LG X mach earns its speedy name with support for high-bandwidth LTE Cat.
Which feature would you like to see boosted next by LG’s X range – or any other mid-range phone, for that matter? Users get 16GB of storage with further expandability using microSD card. There’s a 13MP shooter on the back, and a 5MP front-facing camera on the flip side. Battery capacity reaches 3,000mAh.
The X style, as the company says, differentiates itself with its design. It will come with a 5.3-inch 720p panel and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor clocked at 1.2 GHz. Inside we find a MediaTek MT6735 chipset which is a staple chipset of most Indian manufacturers that houses a 1.14GHz quad-core Cortex A53 processor, Mali 720 GPU and 2GB of RAM.
